Gender and Media Advocacy Training Workshops
WACC is organising with partners Advocacy Training Workshops during 2006, 2007 and 2008. These capacity building workshops aim at providing local groups with the capacity to enter into an effective dialogue with their media to ensure that gender portrayal becomes a professional criterion like any other such as balance, fairness and honesty which all journalists should aspire to in their work.
